Memory Matrix

What students practice

Students practice visual recall, studying where items (spelling words, vocabulary, names, or sight words) sit in a lit grid before the grid goes dark.

How to play

Players press the number or letter printed in each cell, or use the arrow keys and Enter, to send each returning orb home to its original cell; an orb that reaches the airlock is lost and costs a shield, three shields ends the mission, and five correct in a row earns a combo bonus.

Teacher Setup

Teacher Setup lets a teacher choose what fills the matrix, the matrix size, the study time, the pace, and whether the answer is shown on a miss; the end screen offers a printable list of skills to practice.
