What students practice

Students practice primary chords (I, IV, and V), deciding which chord a melody's notes fit, or which Roman numeral matches a lead-sheet chord name, such as F being the IV chord in the key of C major.

How to play

Players press 1, 4, or 5 to set the chord, which stays on until changed, and press Space to send a bar in early for bonus points; a bar reaching the hub on the wrong chord costs a shield, and a miss shows and plays the correct chord.

Teacher Setup

Teacher Setup lets a teacher choose which keys are in play, which bar clue types are used, melody or chord name, how much on-screen help is shown, whether the answer is shown on a miss, and the speed; the end screen offers a printable list of skills to practice.
