Key Comet
What students practice
Students practice typing fluency and finger aim, typing the one next letter of a word in order as key gates approach, with every letter typed ahead of time counted as lead points.
How to play
Players type each letter as its gate arrives, with a finger hint showing under the next key; a gate the comet reaches unopened costs a shield, and three shields end the flight. A wrong key stops the rail and shows the key and the finger that types it, then sends that word around again.
Teacher Setup
Teacher Setup lets a teacher choose the word list by grade, set the speed from a slower first-lesson pace to faster tiers that send more words, show or hide a finger hint under the next key, and turn off showing the key after a miss; the end screen offers a printable student typing report listing words per minute and the keys to practice.
