Lane Leap
What students practice
Students practice skip counting and number patterns, identifying the next number in a sequence such as counting by 2, 5, 10, or other step sizes up to 100.
How to play
Players walk left and right with the arrow keys and press space to leap onto the number pod that continues the pattern, crossing four lanes to reach the dock before the comet fuse burns out. Landing on the wrong number stops the lanes while the correct one is shown, and that pattern returns later; losing three shields ends the mission.
Teacher Setup
Teacher Setup lets a teacher choose the count-by number, whether counting starts from zero or any number, and the speed, plus whether the answer is shown after a miss; the end screen includes a printable student report listing the skills to practice.
