Truth Tables
What students practice
Students practice reading truth tables for AND, OR, and NOT compound statements, judging whether two conditions A and B are true or false for a given number or shape and picking the matching true/false row, where the rule's column can join the conditions with AND, OR, or NOT (played as A AND NOT B).
How to play
Players press 1 through 4 to pick the row with a given pair of T and F values (arrow keys and Enter also work); the last column's TRUE or FALSE outcome determines whether the capsule loads as cargo or exits the airlock, and both outcomes can be the right answer. A wrong row, or letting a capsule reach the bottom, has the machine show the correct row before it returns later; three lost capsules ends the mission.
Teacher Setup
Teacher Setup lets a teacher choose which joining words (AND, OR, NOT) are tested and the speed, with a suggestion to start with AND, add OR, then NOT. The end-of-mission report includes a printable list of skills to practice, covering whether A and B are true and which row applies.
