Maze Meteor

What students practice

Students practice factors and multiples, matching a stated rule such as a multiple of 4 to the one landing pad with a number that fits it.

How to play

Players push a meteor across the ice with the arrow keys; it slides until it hits a rock or the edge, and only counts if it stops exactly on a pad. Landing on the wrong number, or running out of fuel, loses a shield and shows the correct pad and path, and that rule returns later; press Reset to start a maze over.

Teacher Setup

Teacher Setup lets a teacher choose which number rules are in play by grade level, and turn off a hint that shows where the meteor will stop for a harder planning puzzle; the end screen offers a printable student report listing the skills to practice.
