Students practice volcano vocabulary, famous volcanoes, and how volcanoes work, moving from parts only up to a full mix of topics.
How to play
A question appears above four stone pools; players press 1 through 4 or the arrow keys to swing rock gates, then press ERUPT (Space or Enter), with an early eruption earning a pressure bonus. Letting the pressure gauge fill, or sending lava into the wrong pool or over the rim, costs one of three shields, and a miss lights up the right pool with the answer before it returns later.
Teacher Setup
Teacher Setup lets a teacher choose Parts Only, Parts plus Famous Volcanoes, or Everything, and turn the route-glow helper on or off so students must read the gates themselves. A printable student report lists volcano facts to practice.
