What students practice
Students practice identifying rocks, minerals, and rock cycle concepts, reading out samples to match an assay order, with options for rock groups or minerals only.
How to play
An ore cart arrives with an assay order and a row of samples; players move a hand lens with the arrow keys and hold it still on the matching sample until a focus ring closes, or press Space to cut at once. Letting the cracking prop timber snap three times ends the shift, and a wrong sample is shown the correct answer before it returns later.
Teacher Setup
Teacher Setup lets a teacher choose All Topics, Rock Groups Only, or Minerals Only to match the current unit, set the speed, and choose whether a miss reveals the answer. A printable student report lists skills to practice.
